Most people searching for a "Shopify expert", "Shopify developer" or "Shopify help" need one of three things: a new store set up properly, an existing store tidied up (messy products, wrong shipping rates, unclear GST settings), or one thing fixed, such as a domain that will not connect. Very few need custom code.
We do the first two well, remotely, inside your own Shopify account. You approve a collaborator request instead of sharing your password, and you keep ownership of the store, the plan, billing and payouts. We are independent, not a Shopify Partner, and not affiliated with or certified by Shopify. If you need custom code, an app or a Shopify Plus build, we will say so and point you to Shopify's partner directory.

- Apps chosen and set up, such as reviews or back-in-stock alerts. You subscribe to them directly
- Shopify POS linked to your online store, or your current POS kept in step with online stock
- Simple automations with Shopify Flow, such as tagging large orders or flagging low stock
- A training call, a short how-to for staff, and ongoing help month to month

- On-site visits. All our Shopify work is remote, in your account and over screen share
- Custom Shopify Plus, headless or fully custom-coded theme builds
- App development or private apps
- Guaranteed sales, traffic or Google rankings
- Running or managing paid ads on Google or Meta
- Holding your store: the Shopify plan, billing and payouts stay in your name and under your control
- Paying platform costs for you: Shopify fees, card fees, themes and app subscriptions are paid by you directly, and we take no cut

How long it takes
Single fixed-price jobs, such as product descriptions or a stock list clean-up, have a working first version in 24–48 hours once we have what we need. Plans start with a written fixed quote and timeline. Once you say go, most go live in 7–14 days. Bigger or more complex systems take longer, and the timeline is in writing before you pay anything.

StartShop Online is our new-store plan: up to 300 products, click and collect, and stock kept in step with your shop. Already on Shopify and need something fixed or changed, such as the theme, apps, a Flow automation, shipping or GST settings? That is a fixed price quoted in writing before we start: tell us what needs fixing. Shopify's plan, card and app fees are paid by you directly. Plans: once you accept the written quote we invoice 20% to start, and the other 80% once you have approved the finished store, before it goes live; monthly from go-live.
