Why a business email address is worth it

A quote from a personal Gmail address reads differently from one sent by [email protected]. A business address looks established, stays with the business when staff change, and lets you keep bookings@ and accounts@ separate.

The setup is where it goes wrong. Missing SPF, DKIM or DMARC records send your mail to spam, and a rushed DNS change can take your website offline. We check every existing record first and test that your mail arrives in real inboxes.

How long it takes

Starter usually has a working first version in 24–48 hours once we have your domain access. Pro depends on how much old mail is moving; you get the timeline in writing first, and we keep your old email running until the move is finished.

Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for up to 5 people, old mail moved, spam-safe. You pay Google or Microsoft for mailboxes.

Domains and mailboxes are paid to those companies, not us. On Pro you pay Google or Microsoft directly for each mailbox each month, and we tell you the current price before you sign up. Starter has no mailbox fee.

What you can do yourself, free

Free option: if you are one person, forwarding to your existing Gmail (our Starter setup) avoids mailbox fees altogether. And if you already pay for Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, there is nothing new to buy; you may only need the DNS records fixed.
