Setting up a basic online store is not hard. Keeping it right is. If the website and the shop counter keep separate stock, someone sells the last one online that walked out the door an hour ago, and you spend your evenings fixing numbers and apologising to customers.
Our Shop Online plan is built around that problem. We set the store up in your own Square Online or Shopify account, load your products with proper descriptions and photos, add click and collect with a "ready to collect" text, and keep stock in step with your POS. If your POS is Square, Square Online already shares stock natively, and we will tell you if that covers most of what you need for less.

How long it takes
Plans start with a written fixed quote and timeline. Once you say go, most go live in 7–14 days. Bigger or more complex systems take longer, and the timeline is in writing before you pay anything. Product photos and descriptions are usually what takes longest, so we can write those for you.

StartThe platform charges its own fees, paid by you to them: Square Online has a free plan plus a fee per sale, and Shopify charges a monthly plan plus card fees. Shop Online: once you accept the written quote, we invoice 20% to start, and the other 80% once you have approved the finished store, before it goes live; monthly from go-live. Already have a store and only need products written up or cleaned? The two fixed-price jobs above do that.

Shopify charges a monthly plan and card fees. Our setup fee covers building the store, loading products and keeping stock in step with your shop. If you only need products written up, our AI product descriptions are a fixed one-off price.
If you use Square POS, Square Online usually wins because stock is shared natively. If you use another POS, or want more design and app choice, Shopify is often the better fit. We recommend one after looking at your shop.
Yes. Customers pay online, pick a pickup time and get a text when the order is ready.
That is the point of the plan. Sales in store and online both update stock, natively where your POS supports it, otherwise every 5–15 minutes.
Yes. The store account, products and customer data are in your name, and you can leave at any time with a full export.
