A simple stock management system for small businesses
Count stock with your phone camera, see what is running low before it runs out, and turn the reorder list into an email to each supplier. Built around how your shop already works.

Get my priceGuessing stock costs you twice
Without a stock system you are guessing: too much of what does not sell ties up cash on the shelf, and the bestseller runs out on a Saturday. Stocktakes on paper or a clipboard take a whole evening, and the numbers are out of date the next morning.
Big inventory software is built for warehouses, with per-user fees and screens nobody in a small shop has time to learn. Ours is the opposite: a phone-first tool that does the few things a shop actually needs, in your own accounts. If your POS already tracks stock well, we will say so, and only add what is missing.
Who it’s for
What’s included
- Stock counts with your phone camera: scan a barcode, enter the count, move to the next shelf
- Scan to stock: see stock and price for any item and fix it on the spot
- Reorder lists that show what is running low, based on your own minimum levels
- Supplier orders: the reorder list turned into an email to each supplier
- Price labels printed when prices change
- Works with your POS stock where it can be connected; otherwise a regular import
- Your data in your own accounts, exportable as CSV any time
- Setup, hosting, backups and updates included in the monthly fee
How it works
- 1Tell us how you handle stock nowYour POS, how many products, and what hurts. About 2 minutes in our build form.
- 2Get a written fixed quoteWhat we will build, the price and the timeline. Nothing starts until you say yes.
- 3We build it, you approve itYou test it in your shop before it goes live.
How long it takes
Plans start with a written fixed quote and timeline. Once you say go, most go live in 7–14 days. Bigger or more complex systems take longer, and the timeline is in writing before you pay anything. A clean product list speeds everything up, so we often start with the stock list clean-up.

Yes. Staff scan barcodes with the phone camera and enter counts aisle by aisle. No handheld scanner needed, though one can be used.
Yes. Most USB and Bluetooth barcode scanners type the barcode like a keyboard, so they work with the stock count and scan-to-stock screens.
Usually. Where your POS can share stock, we connect it; where it cannot, we set up a regular import. We check before we quote.
Some POS systems include basic stock tracking on their free plans, and a Google Sheet works for a small range. We will point you to the free option if it fits.
You do. Export your products, counts and orders as CSV any time, and you also own the code we write for you.
