Quoting usually happens at night, after a full day on the tools. By the time the quote goes out, the customer has had two others. Then the job is done and the invoice waits until the weekend, so you are chasing money you earned weeks ago.

How long it takes
Plans start with a written fixed quote and timeline. Once you say go, most go live in 7–14 days. Bigger or more complex systems take longer, and the timeline is in writing before you pay anything. The photo quote drafts on their own are a fixed-price job with a working first version in 24–48 hours once we have what we need. StartOne Tool covers a single flow, such as quotes to invoices. Back Office adds stock, supplier orders, loyalty, rosters and a sales dashboard. We do not do payroll, STP or BAS; those stay in Xero or MYOB with your bookkeeper. Plans: once you accept the written quote, we invoice 20% to start, and the other 80% once you have approved it, before it goes live; monthly from go-live.

Customer payments go straight to your own Square or Stripe account. We never touch that money or take a cut.
