How long it takes

Plans start with a written fixed quote and timeline. Once you say go, most go live in 7–14 days. Bigger or more complex systems take longer, and the timeline is in writing before you pay anything.

Front Desk

One Tool is a customer list on its own. Front Desk adds bookings, deposits, reminders, intake forms, review requests, gift cards, a missed-call text and Xero sync around the same customer list. Once you accept the written quote, we invoice 20% to start, and the other 80% once you have approved it, before it goes live; monthly from go-live. Month to month, no lock-in.

What you can do yourself, free

Free option: free CRMs exist (HubSpot and Zoho both have free tiers), and your booking app or job software may already keep customer history. If one of those fits, use it, and we will tell you so. We build when you need the list joined to how your business actually runs.

Sending offers to your list? Promotional texts and emails need the customer's consent and an easy opt-out under the Spam Act. We build that in.
