Paper stamp cards work up to a point. Customers lose them, forget them or carry a stack from every café in the suburb, and staff stamp twice when it is busy. Worst of all, they tell you nothing: you do not know who your regulars are or when one has stopped coming.
A digital loyalty card keeps the simple idea, buy a few and get one free, and fixes those problems. Customers join with their mobile number at the counter, stamps are added when they pay, and the reward appears on their phone. You see who your regulars are, and you can send a friendly offer to the ones you have not seen for a while, with their consent.

How long it takes
Plans start with a written fixed quote and timeline. Once you say go, most go live in 7–14 days. Bigger or more complex systems take longer, and the timeline is in writing before you pay anything.
