Enquiries come in by text, email, Facebook and voicemail, half of them without the details you need to quote. You ring back to ask for photos and the address, and by then they have asked someone else.
For appointments it is the clipboard: new clients fill in forms in the waiting room, you type them up later, and the signed paper goes in a box. Online forms fix both. Everything arrives complete and is saved in your own Google account.

How long it takes
Each form has a working first version in 24–48 hours once we have what we need. Bigger or more complex systems take longer, and you get the timeline in writing first. Long intake forms with conditional questions, or forms for minors that need a parent signature, can take a little longer.

What you can do yourself, free
Free option: Google Forms is free and fine for a handful of enquiries a week. If you use Tradify, ServiceM8 or Jobber, their enquiry forms create jobs directly. Clinics on Cliniko or Halaxy usually have intake forms built in. We check what you already have first.
Storing health information is your responsibility under the Privacy Act. We keep the Drive folder private and recommend 2-step verification on your Google account.
