Set up my remindersNo-shows usually start with a forgotten booking
Most no-shows are not rude, they are forgetful. A booking made two weeks ago slips out of someone's head, and you find out when the chair, table or time slot sits empty. A reminder text the day before gives people the nudge to turn up, or the chance to tell you they cannot, while you can still fill the gap.
The problem with basic reminder texts is the replies. People do not reply "C" to confirm; they write "running 10 late", "can we do Thursday instead?" or "sorry, sick". Those replies land in a phone nobody checks, or get missed in a busy day. Our reminder texts use AI to read each reply and sort it, so you see at a glance who confirmed, who cancelled and who wants to move.

How long it takes
You get a working first version in 24–48 hours once we have what we need. Bigger or more complex systems take longer, and you get the timeline in writing first. Google Calendar is the quickest to connect; a booking app that only exports files can take a little longer, and we tell you before we start.

Quick answers
Our setup is a fixed one-off price, shown above inc GST, and the texts themselves are passed on at cost with no markup. We tell you the likely monthly SMS cost from your booking numbers before we start.
Google Calendar on its own only sends email and app notifications. We connect your Google Calendar so each booking gets a text the day before, and replies are sorted for you.
Usually the one built into the booking app you already use. If yours cannot text, or you book in a plain calendar, our reminder texts fill that gap without changing how you book.
Keep it short: your business name, the day and time, the service, and how to change it, for example "Hi Sam, reminder of your cut with us tomorrow at 10:30. Need to move it? Just reply." We write it with you.
Reminders about a booking someone made are transactional, not marketing. Promotions are different and need consent and an opt-out, so we keep reminders free of offers.
A working first version in 24–48 hours once we have calendar access and your wording. Bigger setups take longer, with the timeline in writing first.
