Are you open now? How much is it? Do you do this? Where do I park? Most messages a small business gets are the same handful of questions, and the answers are already on your price list. Answering them by hand takes time, and people who do not get a quick answer often move on.

Older chatbots made it worse, with menus and canned replies. An AI chatbot reads the question the way a person would and answers in plain English, but only from the facts you give it. When it does not know, it says so, takes the person's details and passes the question to you.

How long it takes

You get a working first version in 24–48 hours once we have what we need. Bigger or more complex systems take longer, and you get the timeline in writing first. The main thing we need is accurate information: your hours, prices, services and policies. If that is spread across a few places, we pull it together with you first.

Most small sites only need the website chat. If your customers text rather than visit your site, the AI text assistant answers texts to your own Australian mobile number and books them in.

What you can do yourself, free

Free option: Facebook and Instagram let you set saved replies and instant answers to common questions for free. And if your website gets fewer than about 100 visits a month, a chat bubble will not do much; a clear prices and FAQ page is the better first step, and we will tell you so.
